Coach Dunwoody Receives Coach of the Year Honor

St. Paul, Minn - The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) announced today that Crown College Head Men's Soccer coach Josh Dunwoody has been voted the UMAC Men's Soccer Coach of the Year by his colleagues after leading his team to a tie for third place in the conference standings.  After posting 5-9 UMAC records the past two years, Dunwoody's team went 7-6-1 in 2009 and made their first appearance in the UMAC post-season tournament.

Dunwoody just completed his third season as head men's soccer coach at Crown College after spending the previous three seasons as the assistant coach.  Dunwoody recently assumed the top leadership role within the athletics department at Crown College being named the Interim Director of Athletics this summer, a few weeks before his third campaign as head coach began.
