Crown College Fall All-Conference Selections Announced
Women’s Soccer has two selected to All-Conference 1st Team
The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) released its 2008 women’s soccer all-conference awards and Storm women’s soccer was represented with two student-athletes on the First Team. Freshman forward Miranda Baltzer (Huron, South Dakota) and junior midfielder Bethany Rossetti. (Wausau, Wisconsin) earned all-conference first team honors. Baltzer led the Storm in goals (7), assists (5) and points (19) and finished in the UMAC top 10 in goals, assists, shots and points. Rossetti, team captain for the Storm, started every match for Crown and ended with three goals and two assists for eight total points. This is Rossetti’s first time being named to the First Team after two seasons of being named Honorable Mention.
