Men's Soccer Announces All-Conference Selections
Men’s Soccer Players Earn All-Conference Honors
The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference has named two Storm men’s soccer players to the 2008 All-Conference first team. Senior captain, Nathan Budish, has been selected as first team All-Conference for the third consecutive season. This is a distinctive accomplishment as Budish garnered this recognition as a defender for the past two seasons. This season he also recorded two goals and two assists playing every minute of every game. He was also named as All-Conference honorable mention as a freshman. Freshman striker, Jon Schultz has also been named to the All-Conference first team. Schultz scored six goals and had two assists often using his speed as a weapon against opposing defenses. Schultz started every game of the 2008 season for the Storm.
