Saint Bonifacius, Minn – The Storm hosted the University of Minnesota – Morris on Friday night and the Cougars proved why they are a team that can contend for a conference title.  The Storm trailed 6-3 early in the first half when the Cougars went on a 13-0 run and pushed their lead to 19-3, eventually ending the first half in the lead at 50-18.  The Storm shot just 26% in the first half.  In the second half the Storm closed the gap and was only outscored 25-22, ultimately dropping the game 75-40 to the Cougars.  In the loss, the Storm was led by freshman guard Judy Mundt (Utica, Minn.) with 16 points.

On Saturday the Storm hosted Presentation College and struggled out of the gate as the Sainted jumped to an 11-0 lead and never looked back, leading by 18 points at the half - 40-22.  The offensive struggles continued in the second half for the Storm as they shot just 28% on the half and 30% for the game losing 68-40.  No Storm player got into double-figures in scoring; however, Judy Mundt came close scoring 9 points and grabbing 10 rebounds in the loss.
